Cummins Nitro dominate at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival

If you haven't heard of Tourism Queensland's "Best Job in the World" campaign by now, you must have been living in a cave for the past year listening to your walkman wearing a Hypercolor t-shirt. What was widely suspected to be one of the greatest campaigns in Australian advertising history, has now had it's status confirmed; taking out the Cannes Lions award in both the PR and Direct categories. The Cannes Lions festival is the largest gathering of worldwide advertising professionals and advertisers. The awards are just one element to this week long advertising smorgasbord, considered by many to be the industry's Everest.

The Post Lounge wishes to congratulate the team at Cummins Nitro for this outstanding achievement in the field of excellence. We would also like to give both our team, and the team from Tourism Queensland a big pat on the back for their tireless effort, long hours and hard work on this massive project which included sourcing and providing TV networks and online media around the globe with promotional broadcast material. An epic task, and a job extremely well done!
