Rachel joined The Post Lounge at the start of 2022 and brings with her 20 years of experience as a Smoke and Flame compositor, and graphic designer, in London and Sydney. Based in our Redfern studio, Rachel handles 2D visual effects and compositing on feature films, television drama and TVCs.
In her eight years with Red Engine Creative, part of Network Seven, Rachel worked on commercials and integrations for clients including RENAULT, HOLDEN, ARNOTTS, KFC, NOVA, ORIGIN, PANADOL and DISNEY. Rachel’s career began in her hometown in Wales in the UK, and then London, freelancing on various TVCs, films and TV series before moving to Australia in 2003.
Since joining The Post Lounge, Rachel has completed VFX and online work on a number of factual and drama TV projects including MOTHER AND SON, TOTALLY COMPLETELY FINE, DONNA HAY CHRISTMAS, ROCK ISLAND MYSTERIES, PETROL, FRANKLIN and DARBY & JOAN, TVCs for AIRBNB and SHINE LAWYERS and feature films, including Baz Luhrmann’s ELVIS.
Rachel is passionate about VFX and takes pride in perfecting the work that you don’t see.
