Stuart is a British-born Sound Designer and Music Editor with 25 years of experience. His international career has taken him from London, to Paris, and Los Angeles, but now he calls Australia home.
In 2021, Stuart joined The Post Lounge as Head of Sound, taking on Supervising Sound Editor, Sound Designer and FX Editor roles whilst working with TPL in the construction of their new Sydney sound facilities.
Stuart has worked on teams that have won an Oscar, a BAFTA, and an Emmy. His impressive credit list includes Mad Max: Fury Road, Casino Royale, Band of Brothers, Nocturnal Animals, and three of the Harry Potter series. Some of his most recent work can be currently seen on Netflix & Amazon Prime.
Stuart currently holds an elected board position with the prestigious Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE). Based in LA, it is the premier organisation for sound editing professionals. Each year it presents The Golden Reel Awards, or “Sound Oscars”, which is attended by over 900 of the world’s leading filmmakers.
