Blood Vessel
Somewhere in the North Atlantic in late 1945, a life raft is adrift at sea. In it are the survivors of a torpedoed hospital ship. With no food, water, or shelter, all seems lost until an abandoned German minesweeper drifts ominously towards them, giving them one last chance at survival.
Blood Vessel is a feature film directed by Justin Dix who previously wrote, directed and produced the award-winning feature Crawlspace. Produced in Melbourne by Wicked of Oz, Blood Vessel stars Nathan Phillips, Alyssa Sutherland, Robert Taylor, Christopher Kirby, Alex Cooke, Mark Diaco and John Lloyd Fillingham.
The Post Lounge jumped aboard to complete over 400 visual effects shots, with additional visual effects by Resin.
TPL also completed finishing picture post including DI colour grade (with colourist CJ Dobson), online, mastering, as well as digital cinema and home entertainment deliveries for International distribution.
